Professionals and future pilots

Our instructors have considerable experience on small airplanes as instructors, but also in commercial flying. All of them have gone through one or more selection procedures with airlines all over the world for their varied publications. Airlines select pilots based on the results of selection procedures, either internal or with the use of external specialized companies. During the selection process, the simulator is key. Here, it is already assumed that the applicant has mastered the basics of flying, so the emphasis is placed on other abilities and skills, such as teamwork in the so-called MCC (multicrew cooperation) crew with the use of sufficient assertiveness, an overall overview of what is happening around so that the pilot does not mentally get "behind the plane" SITAW (situation awareness) and orientation in space using available navigation systems. The necessary assertiveness in a multi-member crew and the ability to make the right decision based on the available information are the key requirements placed on a pilot in transport flying. It is important to mention that already during the selection of the co-pilot, his ability to command is assessed and plays a role in the overall evaluation of the simulator part of the selection process.

Every operator tries to find the ideal candidate who has the prerequisites to complete the training process without complications. It is clear from practice that, especially in times of insufficient training capacity at airlines or, on the contrary, a large number of applicants, professional preparation is decisive, which significantly increases your chance of overall success.

Due to the complexity of the whole problem, we decided to open a pilot training course for tenders. This course is suitable for both beginners in the pilot industry and experienced professionals, as practicing individual actions and thus revealing possible weaknesses will help increase your chances of a higher job.

Our transport aircraft simulators are fixed base (no movement of the base) with detailed visual projection and a faithful copy of the instrumentation. The control is controlled by servomotors, the so-called loading control system, and reacts to a change in the flight mode. Thanks to these advanced technical capabilities of the simulator, we were able to apply to the Czech Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) for FNPT II/MCC certification.

Before the lesson itself, the instructor will familiarize himself with the program of the selection procedure in detail and prepare your training plan. The preparatory lesson will start one hour before the simulator itself in the classroom, where you will discuss all the details together and set individual goals.

Ivo Bartoň

As a captain with 15,000 flight hours on an Airbus A320 and a Boeing 737, I can confirm that both simulators are already very close to reality and meet quality standards even for flight crew training thanks to the functionality of the individual systems and authentic control forces.

I helped with the development and tuning of the Formula 1 simulators. After the necessary changes, we managed to achieve a high degree of reality. I continue to collaborate on the real simulators project as an instructor and help improve your driving skills.

I have been flying the JAS 39 Gripen fighter since 2004, but I also had the opportunity to fly a real F16. I work with the F16 simulator as an instructor and appreciate its realistic flight model with pressure control or the accuracy of individual weapon systems.
