What is it really about?
GDPR is the new general regulation on the protection of personal data of the European Union, which aims to significantly increase the protection of personal data of citizens.
Simply put, we need your consent to process personal data such as your e-mail address. After that, we will continue to be able to send you newsletters or invitations to events. In short, with this consent you will continue to be with us in the air, on the road and under water on our professional simulators. Personal data, as well as operational data, will be treated like cotton wool with us, and we will keep a close eye on who has access to them and, above all, why.
Who is who?
Data subject - identified or identifiable natural person, personal data is processed
Data contoller - a natural or legal person, public authority, agency or other entity that alone or together with others determines the purposes and means of personal data processing (in this case we, SIMULATION of REALITY, s.r.o.)
Data processor - a natural or legal person, public authority, agency or other entity that processes personal data for the controller
Supervisory authority - Office for the Protection of Personal Data of the Czech Republic (www.uoou.cz)

The company Simulation of Reality, s.r.o., with headquarters in Prague 5, Na Radosti 399, ZIP Code 155 21, ID: 02776359 (hereinafter referred to as "Administrator") and another entity Simulátory, s.r.o. with headquarters at the same address ID: 29129133 cooperating with the Administrator to operate our simulators processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data (hereinafter referred to as "GDPR ") and other legal regulations.
How will the Administrator process personal data?
The Administrator will process personal data manually and automatically directly through its employees authorized to do so and further through processors authorized by the Administrator on the basis of personal data processing contracts. What rights does the Data Subject have?
The data subject related to the above-mentioned processing of personal data has the following rights:
Consent is voluntary. You can withdraw this consent at any time for any of the processing purposes listed. Consent can be revoked in writing to Simulation of Reality, s.r.o., with headquarters in Prague 5, Na Radosti 399, ZIP Code 155 21 or by sending an e-mail to: info@737ng.cz or by using the contact form on this page.
You have the right of access to your personal data processed by the Administrator, their correction or deletion, or restriction of processing, and the right to object to the processing.
Furthermore, you have the right to obtain from the Administrator personal data concerning you that you have provided to the Administrator. Based on your request, the administrator will provide you with the data without undue delay in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format or will provide it to another clearly designated administrator at your request. This right does not apply to personal data that is not processed automatically.
The manager has no intention of providing personal data to third countries.
If you believe that unauthorized processing of your personal data is taking place, you can file a complaint with the supervisory authority, which for the territory of the Czech Republic is the Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.cz).
